How we protect customer data, infrastructure, and the references, prompts, and AI outputs created in your workspace.

Data protection
Customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Workspace data is isolated per customer, with strict access controls between tenants. Backups run on a regular schedule with point-in-time recovery for critical data stores.
Infrastructure
T-Fashion runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with managed databases, isolated network boundaries, and least-privilege IAM policies. Production secrets are managed through a dedicated secrets manager and never committed to source.
Access controls
Workspace administrators control team membership and roles. Authentication uses industry-standard OAuth flows. Optional SSO is available for enterprise plans. Production access by T-Fashion personnel is limited to a small on-call group with audit logging.
Customer data and AI
Customer-uploaded references, prompts, and generated outputs belong to the customer workspace and are not used to train shared T-Fashion models without explicit consent. Generated content is owned by the workspace that created it.
Vulnerability disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact security@tfashion.ai. We respond to credible reports within five business days and work with researchers in good faith to remediate confirmed issues before disclosure.
Compliance
T-Fashion follows established practices for SaaS security and is committed to evolving compliance posture as the customer base grows. Specific compliance documentation can be provided to enterprise prospects under NDA.

Where is my data stored?
Customer data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with regional redundancy. Specific region details can be provided to enterprise customers on request.
Do you use customer data to train AI models?
Customer-uploaded references, prompts, and generated outputs are not used to train shared T-Fashion models without explicit, opt-in consent.
Can I export or delete my workspace data?
Yes. Workspace administrators can export workspace contents and request deletion. On account closure, customer data is removed from production systems within a defined retention window.
How do I report a security issue?
Email security@tfashion.ai with reproduction steps and affected URLs. We respond to credible reports within five business days.
